So I spent my day in DC

Today we planned to go to the Zoo in DC or Baltimore… We ended up at the DC Zoo which was not too spectacular since all the animals were in the shelters sleeping and what not. More than half of the small mammals exhibit was shut down due to some in house renovations.. and it was so not incredibly hot. I said so cause I was not fascinated with the heat! We decided to make an early departure and drove downtown DC near the white house and the museums and the memorial monuments. LOTs OF WALKING and I am only feeling it now since i had what I would call slippers not suitable for that type of distance.

The sites were pretty cool. Its a Pity Obama is out with his fam…
