The New Generation?

So right now I am at a career expo and currently secondary school students are visiting.
So I am in the Bank Of Nova Scotia Booth just chilling, feeding off some wireless and observing. Prior to that I was having a conversation with my past Agriculture teacher who was telling me that students now are not like students before.
He also mentioned that when he taught our class, we were more responsive. so I am observing the students who walk in and none of them care about what is going on. the Essence of this expo is to actually see the jobs available to a student or the career paths available after school. None of them have questions and the most common question is… “How much money do they Pay?”
What has this world come to…
All everyone thinks about is MONEY MONEY MONEY.. I am not making my basis on what they asked it is just an observation and not a pretty good one to…
There is just simply more ot life than backstabbing, fighting and money.
xoxo

yal were more responsive cuz of the useless chatter amongst yalselves..he probab thought u guys were giving useful feedback:P….and miss milly..what shud be other criteria for us to look for a job??? maybe it is all about the money…
lol… not that way..
lol girll students just came.. took brochures.. And let me add they had no idea as to what they were takin!!! just to add to the collection!1
Do you have any questions?
Urmm Nooo
its like they totally didnt care about their future..
and when someone finally figured it out.. it was..
How much does it pay..
Not how hard should I work to qualify but..
yehh!!
so true. every now and then my employer hires some new staff and these kids come in there and have nothing in their head. they are irresponsible, they don’t put their minds on the work and it seems like they never understand what they are doing. after a few months they are gone and another new set comes in with the same attitude. and i wonder, am i soo separated for the young generation? i’m only 25.
something happened along the way…kids today have no character, they just wanna get jobs for money so they can go out and party.
yuh the party thing..
soo tru!!
